Blue Post: Rapid Recuperation now gives you 4% of your mana every 3 sec while under the effect of Rapid Fire. (Old - Reduces the mana and focus cost of all shots and abilities by you and your pet by 60%). Effect on Rapid Killing remains unchanged. Might make it actually useful.
