Here in very timely fashion is episode 36 of the Hunting Party Podcast. We talked about the latest hunter news, the WHU BBQ recap, the upcoming in-game WHU event (this Friday!) and of course answered lots of questions, both from email and those who were listening and chatting live.

I seem to recall, hazily, that I was a little punchier than usual, and by a little I mean a lot. I attribute this mostly to finally feeling well again after several days of the ick. So apologies for wandering kinda far afield at times.

As always, here is the iTunes store link, the Hunting Party Podcast feed, and the direct XML feed. If you email us comments or questions, we’ll read them on the next show. Send an email to [email protected] Also, we love iTunes reviews. So please drop by iTunes and mention what you thought of the show.

Yay for timely fashions on Ep36!

    Um…. where is Episode 35?

  2. @Good: it’s up- you can see it at huntingpartypodcast.com, itunes, or any of our sites.

  3. Doug says:

Not to be overly snarky, but what about 25, 28 and 29? :)

But seriously, I know a lot of folks would probably love to have those episodes available even though they may be a little dated now, and even if they were a little rough around the edges. I know I would.

    Love the podcast, guys!

    The good:
“I acknowledge that you are in a position to spread lies.” Book of Frostheim 18:25 (I think I will have to use this one.)
Thank you for answering my question (eventually)! Especially on Trash I’ve been trying to figure out where to put it between Explosive Trap and Volley; it would seem it goes immediately after Explosive Trap.
    Condensed reader email responses: Excellent.

    The bad:
Way too much talk about Rowan’s when there is already an article readily accessible at WHU that answers that question. The same goes for what profession is “best.” I found it in Google in a few seconds.
    No Frostheim story: Boo!

  5. Good Gracious says:

Thanks Euripides! I am blind sometimes (and missed it at WHU)

BTW – Have been re-listening to the awesomeness that is Episode 34. It has the power to amuse.

    GG

a simple reason why someone might think NES is proccing more than it used a month ago, he may have more crit rating now than he did a month ago since it procs on crits.

As a proud Engineer, perhaps it’s time to try chucking bombs in combat…

Using the WHU post on professions… it almost looks like we’re balanced to use Saronite Bombs on cooldown. 1150-1500 damage every 60 seconds nets us 22.08 dps

Unbuffed: 43.46 dps and runaway first, followed by JC’s 34.65 dps
10-man: 37.6 dps is solidly respectable, behind only JC and BS
25-man: 32.94 dps has sadly slipped behind. At least we’re ahead of Tailoring.

Then again, perhaps I’ll let the chance pass. After all, my second profession remains Mining. Anyone need Hardened Khorium?

  8. Rubica says:

Missing the Frosthiem story corner, 3 show in a row without one… going into withdrawal…
