Why can’t more people look at things this way. I have a friend that plays a dps warrior. Almost all he has done is complain about the changes, even the good ones. He says stuff like Blizzard hates my class or “we always get nice things taken away because other classes cry nerf.” Granted he still is more reasonable than the majority of the doomsayers but he still looks at things from the point of view of Blizzard is going to screw it up.

Excellent article! I’m basically a young-un since I only started playing half way through TBC and quit for several months until after Wrath shipped because I got bored with it, but so much of this is just plain old good sense, which seems to be lacking from denizens of the interwebs.

I must say I found myself lucky finding a guild that would take me to MC when I dinged 60 back in the days. (am still with them in Wrath and still will be in Cataclysm)
and I still think that the biggest nerf was shadow melt + aimed shot (how unbalanced it was)
I hope this article will shut up some kids and would love to hear from you in a new article when we finally have focus. (if its an improvement on the old days)

Anywho, just wanted to say that, as a Hunter your advice has always been fantastic. But now your opinions are also impacting me as just a wow player. Well done. My only hope is that my beloved Raptor will not be delegated to some niche spot. I’ll use her anyway, but an Orc can wish.

Anyone else just a little more than annoyed at the fact that Druids are getting “Traps” in the form of Wild Mushroom?
