In today’s WoW.com article I go over the hunter boss strats for the Crimson Halls in ICC.
The Crimson Halls of Icecrown Citadel contains the kind of horrors that the Plagueworks could only hint at. The Crimson Halls is where all the emo vampire RPing blood elves went to die… and then came back! …Read More.

tee hee heee.. i like the twilight books too:D
goood job Frost. i liked the part most where you tell em to listen to their RLs even if they are wrong:D priceless
They’ve all been excellent articles, Frost. Even if you don’t win, the Hunter column has really shone these past few weeks.
hmmmm. Omogon is a hunter and Nogomo is a druid………how to vote ?
Boz, you’re missing the point with all that moral victory tripe: we might LOSE. Get your head in the game.
:-p
Wait, I forgot: what’s the bet again?
This post makes me feel like a baddie… My utmost apologies…
I read a druid article… Yeah, I’m leveling a kitty and was looking for information and googling and found one that looked interesting and BOOM, wow.com.
Please shine your forgiveness on me for my transgressions.
Val as long as you have not posted on the druid article I dont think it counts, It only counts the response I think, Frost I don’t think this article is going to pull the numbers like the BM raider article even though I enjoy reading everything you write. Its great to have a knowledgable and good looking hunter leading the way for us here at the WHU and even if everyone does not agree with you sometimes the facts are always there for everyone to plainly see, but better still your teaching the hunter community the reasons why you do it and not just how which makes us all better hunters in the end. Keep up the great work Buddy !!!
but if it’s comments we should be way ahead after the BM article frenzy clearly something else is at work.
Sneaky druids probably have a refresh macro goin all nights or something
The BM article is the most viewed article for the month. So the lots of comments and discussion theory seems sound. However a ridiculously small number of WHU people are commenting like, maybe 1%. Probably less.
Well im doing my part with normally 1- 2 comments per post, i would suggest maybe a article on dungeons achievements , raid achievements etc I think that will pull big numbers , top end raiding is good however alot of new 80 players would be nowhere near the gear levels to raid ICC so i think its a smaller target audience.
The 1st time i posted it used my real 1st name as i did not know the wow.com site and how it worked but i have allways posted.
how do you count a whu comment on wow.com ? same handle or the “uncommonly good lookings” ? or something else ?
I don’t really. I just know how many hundreds of views each WHU page gets, and there’s less than 1% of that many comments on wow.com
I am usually leaving a comment – and because of my nature that comment is trying to react on something wrong that other person posted. Like for example people are adivising to shoot Serpent sting rank 1 on Dark Nuclei when you are tanking Keleseth. But they dont realize that in WotlK it costs the same amount of mana as rank 12 and it only does (a lot) less damage…
You want it to do less damage, so the Nuclei don’t die as fast
the nucleus has 100K health so it would take A LOT of stings to kill it (especially without T9 set bonus)
