For whatever reason, Shazzrah doesn’t really stick out in my mind from my vanilla days of raiding Molten Core. He was never really hard or time consuming, just the boss that comes after Baron Geddon. I don’t even remember all of his abilities.
He’s pretty much equally easy and forgettable when it comes to hunter soloing.

How to Hunter Solo Shazzrah
Talents: Max Health Extreme Solo Build
Pet: Any Tenacity
Pet Talents: Extreme Solo Pet Build
Gear: 2 pieces of T5 (see full Extreme Hunter Solo Gear article)
Once you’ve finished off Baron Geddon and cleared the rest of the lava packs in the area (and the corehound that paths by) send in your pet to attack.
You will want to stay at max range to avoid getting hit with his arcane blasts (or whatever they are). They don’t do a whole lot of damage though, even if you do eat some of them. I found that he did little enough damage to my pet that I didn’t even need to use Mend Pet – just the passive healing from the pet and the healing from the T5 2-piece set bonus was enough to keep him topped off.
The only tricksy thing Shazzrah does is every so often he teleports to you, and completely resets his aggro.
When this happens, just run toward your pet. The pet should pick up aggro easily and then you can move back out to max range and start dpsing again.
Rinse and repeat and Shazzrah will go down pretty easily.

Would you say that Shazzrah is the easiest boss in MC?

Shazzrah is definitely up there in the easy ranks. I’d say that Shazz is probably the easiest, yes.
However, you should really clear Geddon before fighting Shazz — though technically I suppose you could pull shazz during Geddon’s pathing window and take him back to the hallway to fight.
