Note: this is not a guide and is not updated. The EAP numbers here are examples only. To learn how to get your own customized stat weights, see our guide on Using Spreadsheets to Compare Gear.
Frost claims he’s working hard, updating guides and launching “Secret WHU project #2645684” so he begged me to give him a hand and write another column for him … personally I’m convinced Frostheim is really a chardonnay sipping blood elf trying to distract us with this influx of guest strips from angry warriors and disgruntled BM hunters. Regardless of the suspicions though, I must have said yes… maybe it was that dance he did …
Er, um … moving right along!
Frost asked me to talk about EAP. Which is the quick way of saying he wanted me to talk about gear selection and a tool which is used to help compare two pieces of equipment to each other, called “Equivalent Attack Power” (EAP).
The heart of what is going on is the answer to “Which is better – these gloves with +20 agility or this other pair which have +10 crit & +8 agility?”
Being certified, dues paying hunters of the union, we know the answer in concept is “whichever gives me more DPS.” – as appose to the mage college which uses the “whichever goes with my robe” criteria. What isn’t so obvious is how the stats we see can be compared to find out about the DPS change we care about.
In a lot of ways this question is at the centre of the whole theory-crafting movement, but thankfully there are some short cuts we can use to simplify what we want to know about.
If we asked the question – “Which is better gloves with +40AP or gloves with +36AP?” It’s really easy to make the choice.
The idea of EAP, is to boil down all stats so that they can be equated to AP – if we can do this, then whenever we see a new item we can boil it down to an EAP value and whichever has the highest EAP is the winner.
How does it work? – using Agility as an example.
Let’s look at Agility as a stat. What does it do for us as hunters? The first answer is one which most hunters know – every 1 point of agility gives us 1 AP, also every 1 point of agility gives us an increase to critical strike chance – the value varies depending on level, but at L80, +1 Agi = +0.025% crit. So if we know the “DPS increase” associated with crit and AP could compare agility to AP directly.
On top of this basic information we need to know things like – do you have a talent that increases how much of a particular stat you get from an item, like Lightning Reflexes – if you do then for you 1 point of agility is more valuable then for someone who doesn’t. In the same way buffs like Blessing of Kings affect some stats weights but not others.
The answer to how much does 1% crit increase DPS and similarly, how much does +1 AP increase DPS is complex, very complex in fact. It requires modelling all the shots, shot rotations, pets etc, etc. Thankfully there are some very good spreadsheets which do this, so we don’t have to do it ourselves. At the end of the day all we really want I to know that an item which has +1 agi on it gives us the same DP increase as an item with +2.1 AP (for out particular spec and gear).
If we can get a list of these equivalencies for all the stats which affect hunter DPS, then we can convert any mix of stat bonuses to a common unit for comparison. (it lets us compare apples with apples so to speak.)
What are some example values?
I’ve used my gear & Shandara’s spreadsheet from Elitist Jerks to generate some example stat weights. I’ve done it for the three “cookie cutter” builds in spreadsheet, to show the difference between specs. (using a wolf as a pet for all & intentionally dropping below the hit cap to show the value of hit).
| BM | SV | MM | |
| Agility +1 | 1.69 | 2.75 | 2.05 |
| AP +1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Crit +1 | 1 | 1.78 | 1.59 |
| Hunter Hit +1 | 1.53 | 2.65 | 2.32 |
| Pet Hit +1 | 1.17 | 0.58 | 0.55 |
| Int +1 | 1.09 | 1.08 | 1.09 |
| ArP Rating +1 | 1.56 | 1.42 | 1.4 |
| Haste +1 | 0.78 | 0.84 | 0.83 |
| Stamina +1 | 0 | 0.55 | 0 |
| Mp5 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Using it!
Lets say you’ve just managed to open the Cache of Storms and Belt of the Blood Pit drops. You’re already wearing Torn Web Wrapping– is it an upgrade?
If we use the values above we can calculate the EAP for each item (for the different specs).
| Web Wrapping | Blood Pit | (change) | |
| BM | 367.11 | 384.76 | 17.65 |
| SV | 531.7 | 474.76 | -56.94 |
| MM | 436.93 | 400.13 | -36.8 |
Looking at the last column we can say that f you’re BM, than this is an upgrade, but for MM & SV it doesn’t seem to be.
OMG – that’s TOO MUCH WORK.
Ain’t that the truth!
But, the good news is that now you can do a little bit of preparation, and then have an addon do the number crunching for you.
PAWN ( ) is an addon that lets you set out the weights you want, and then adds a “PAWN value” to the item tool tips, so you can see at a glance what the predicted values are. Shandara’s spreadsheet even creates a “PAWN Sting” which you can use to import a set of weights calculated in the spreadsheet into the addon.
Is it foolproof?
No – there are lots of caveats. Hit caps and haste caps disrupt the weights and the estimates are based on the theory crafting models of DPS for hunters, which are still debated heavily. That being said – it’s a damn sight better than just looking and guessing.
Also be careful – you can’t compare the values across different specs – the EAP in the belt example above doesn’t suggest that everyone should go SV because the EAP is the highest – that would be misinterpreting what it means – the only things we can compare are two numbers for the same slot for the same talent spec.
Well, I think that’s more math then we should ever subject ourselves to for a game, but I guess paying our dues hurts sometimes. I’m off now, I have this overwhelming compulsion to vote for some guy named Pedro… and I don’t think I’m even in his electorate.

Myr, are you a rocket scientist? Forensic accountant? Higher math probabilities professor at MIT? I get what you’re saying…but *only* while I’m reading it and fully buzzed on caffeine.
Thanks for the Add-On tip. I’ll try it out.
Great stuff tbh, cheers!
I think EAP can be helpful in determining if one item is an upgrade over another. Still though you need to look at the potential upgrade in the context of your current gear set.
A hunter replacing the Torn Web wrapping will be losing +29 hit rating, which will most likely have to be made up elsewhere. That could mean re-enchanting or re-gemming some gear, and could result in only a minor dps gain or a dps loss.
I’m not sure if anyone else uses it but I love Rawr, it can be a little tricky to set up at first but they have also upgraded it so that you can get fairly detailed idea of what pieces would be better for you.
Step 1: Import your character from the armouries (super easy – found in the File menu)
Step 2: {this is on the right side, use the drop down menu}Go through enchants, gems, and all types of gear (from head to toe) there is a little diamond that is beside each choice the ones that you have will be shaded green. This is the cool part click all the diamonds beside the gear/gems/enchants that you have (in your bags or bank) or that is easy for you to get like Heroic pieces
Step 3: check your spec sheet and make sure it was transferred correctly
Step 4: Buffs – there is a huge list of buffs that you can scroll through (I click on those that I would normally see in a 25man raid or 10man)
Step 5: The next tab beside buffs has a possible shot rotation that you can sorta customize, it also shows you target lvl/armour for what you are fighting. This you can customize for Trash or keep it at boss, I usually choose lvl 83 and I think its 7700 armour.
Step 6: check things over and see if you remembered all your things, make sure that you also input your professions that you have (in buffs, or like gems or enchants or armour kits and such)
Step 7: Optimize!! This is the big daddy of everything and the reason that you checked all those diamonds its found in the drop down list by File
Step 8: when you are in the optimizing window click on the drop down list and choose highest dps, then click optimize and it will spit out a screen with all of the changes it has done and an estimate for your dps numbers, once you click okay then you can see what gear/gem/enchants it has changed.
Just a note: I think it will always try to get you to hit capped so will gem accordingly
A fellow hunter pointed out to me that some of the initial stats were off like stam, but I use this as a very good guideline and change things as I see fit.
So what I do is once I know what dropped (or sometimes I guess) I go to rawr and click on the diamond beside the new item that I could maybe get then I click optimize and see what it spits out and to see if my stats increase. If I win the item and I use it great, if no one else wants it I may try to get that piece for future sets.
This program takes into account your spec and figures out what stats are important for you and makes the ‘best’ gear combo for you.
Anyone else use this?
“whichever goes with my robe” criteria?!?!
you’ve heard me say I’m sure “I’d wear a fluoro pink tutu if it gave me more dps” just because i followed it with “please make me wear a fluoro pink tutu” makes your statement no less wrong.
anyway… It’s a good thing I’m a big manly death knight now, and if i wear a dress it’s a manly plate mail skirt, with lovely ornamented whorls and swirly patterns that catch the eye and off set my glowy eyes…
Stonefather a tabard is a wonderful thing sometimes…
You know Myr, I am surprised that Frost hasn’t conned you into making a wordpress account so he can just slap you in the permissions to make your own posts
Wow. This needs stickied on the main page, or maybe the chart could be edited into one of the stat conversion guides on the main Guides page. I realize that getting a mod and inputting them will keep them saved for us anyway, but it seems like such number-crunching gets very close to the heart of a LOT of Hunter theorycrafting, and should be readily accessible. What an excellent resource….thanks!
Though am I correct in thinking that hit rating is actually factored in twice, once for the Hunter and then again for the pet? Of course, there are the different values for the two, since pets do less dps, but it seems like they might be able to be weighted and averaged into a single “hit-to-AP” that includes both hunter and pet (BM hit total would be 2.7 for example)…though maybe that’s needlessly complicated.

a) Nothing wrong on accessorizing that with matches with your eyes.
and
b) if Frost is a chardonnay sipping BE, that means he’s a Chic!
@Darkbrew RE: losing Hit Cap
The EAP actually includes the “lose of hit” as part of it’s representations. There is no absolute rule that says you have to be hit capped – it is simply that Hit happens to be a relatively cheap stat for it’s effect and so maxing Hit is usually the most efficient upgrade policy. At the end of the day though the choice between +1% hit and +1000 AP should be obviously in favour of the AP. What EAP does is try to model the cross over point. So in the example offered it really is a DPS upgrade for BM to switch, even if it leaves them below the hit cap.
@Arust RE Chardonnay makes Frost a Chic
A Blood Elf is a Blood Elf is there really a difference, Chic or ‘Guy’?
Hooray! I’ll assume it was my suggestion that got this on to the main guides page. If not, hooray anyway!
@Arthe- The reason they don’t combine the hunter’s hit and pet’s hit rating is that they can differ… A MM hunter, such as myself, or anyone who put’s points into FA will increase the chance to hit by 1/2/3% for the hunter only. SO if you have any points in FA, YOU may be hit capped, but your poor little beast isn’t, therefore affecting pet dps.
And I agree… It’s good to SEE this in one place that I look…
speaking of hit, what is with all the gear in ulduar? why do they insist on making it impossible for me to be at the hit cap and rather forcing me to be 100+ hit over it? yeah, i’m just complaining.
I do have a ? for you though – say i download that add-on, put in all my stats, but i leave the hit at 0 – will it then show me what piece of gear is better ignoring the hit? if not can you tel me how to accomplish that with said add-on? Thank you for all the work!
Woaw! Checking if drops are better or worse, its goin to be a lot more easy now! Thanks
I’ve always been a fan of Wowwiki and thought they were right. Then I found this page and much you say is right. But in this post I found a difference between you and Wowwiki. Yous say in this post that 1 AGI = 0.025% crit @ lvl 80. But at Wowwiki they say, @ lvl 80, 1 AGI = 0.552% crit. In this case Wowwiki is wrong I think cause i personally got 1500+ AGI and about 38% crit or something. Is Wowwiki a site we cant rely on having the correct information in many aspects or is it just a old typo never gonna be corrected.
Would also like you guys to write a guide to Shandara’s Spreedsheet. Have tried it many times but seems like im not getting it right. Please can you consider this?
wow, this is exactly the way I have been comparing if the item is an update for me or not. now i am glad that it has been “scientifically approved”
First of all – thank for this guide – super helpful.
I have shandara’s spreadsheet and I input all of my info, but I can’t find anywhere to extract the “weights” of each stat like you did in your guide. Am I missing something easy?
@JG RE: setting hit to 0
yep – settin +hit weight to zero would effectively allow you to compare the gear ignoring it’s +hit stat. to do this just set the weight to zero.
@Nizze RE: Theorycrafting source
I always believe the guys at elitist jerks over wowwiki. (http://elitistjerks.com/f47/t21302-theorycrafting_think_tank/) the community there is far mor focused on being up to date about the mechanics than the wowwiki community, who cover all aspects of the game.
@Nizze & Kyle RE: Shandara’s Spreadsheet
I’d be hesitant to write a guide about how to use someone elses awesome spreadsheet — maybe we need to tell Frost to contact Shandara about writing one. That being said the steps on the ‘How-to-use’ tab are fairly straight forward — if you have a specific question I’m sure someone can try to answer it. As to how do I get the numbers I presented out of the spreadsheet — ‘Overview’ tab J37:J46 — I normalised then so AP was always 1 by dividing all the cells by the value in J38.
gotcha – thank you
Question….how does Stamina = .55 AP?
((1*1.1)*.3) = .33
(((1*1.1*)*.3)*1.1) = 3.63
(((1stam*stam increasing talent)*stam to ap talent)*kings)
even if you threw in the 10% ap buff…
((((1*1.1)*.3)*1.1)*1.1)
that would take it to about .3993 ap?
how do you get .55 per point of stam?
Real great page. What I have been looking for for so long
you seem to forgot strength in your little weight table
I know 1strength=1 ap, but anyway.
never mind above post , im such a noob, ap but not rap.
Why dont they change hoover text on agiltiy and strength
wow that is super funny i just got that uld 10 belt that you talked about and originally was wearing the torn webbed wrapping from naxx 25, i did a little bit of dps measurement with the two belts before i came to check this article out but i ended up getting very similar margins of dps loss
great blog

EAP near the hit cap gets confusing. I freaking hate it.
This spreadsheet is awesome but it has Taiwan realms which I believe no longer exists and it doesn’t have Oceanic realms. Any chance we will have this amended?

Does the Pawn add-on work as effectively as Shandara’s Spreadsheet?
How do we set up Pawn, are we suppose to copy the values from Shandara’s Spreadsheet from one of the tabs, or import it from the spreadsheet? I don’t quite understand the “Pawn sting” part.
Frost- i was wondering if you could have a quick look at my gear and spec and make some suggestions on changes that you would make to optimise my raid deeps.
I’m only hitting around 4.6k in 25 ulduar raids, i know that theres lots of moving around in ulduar and the sniper training doesn’t come in to play that often. I realistically should be doing a lot more. Maybe it is just a noobish play style and bad rotations… your thoughts please. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Firetree&n=Bigalo
If we are at the Hit cap right now, would we want to reduce the amount that is given to hit? Or would it be better to leave it and then start changing out hit gems for agi or ap gems?

RatingsBuster, what does everyone think?
Member
Hey Bigalo, I’m not the author, but I took a look at your gear and automatically saw one problem. You have way too much hit. The hit cap for hunters is 8%, anything over that is absolutely useless. Right now you have 9.58%, which is 314 rating. I would try to switch around gear so that you get your hit rating closer to 263–which equals 8% hit. I also would get the Killshot glyph instead of Steady shot glyph. Doing a Killshot every 9 seconds that has a high chance to crit (Mine usually critically strike for 15,000) is a great way to boost your damage at the end of a fight.
Hope that helps!
-Andree of Mannoroth
Thanks MJA, i have been trying to get my hit down.. the problem with the upgrades from ulduar is most of it comes with big hit numbers, such as with the pyrite infuser and the staff.
Up until last week my hit was 334 until i swapped out the strong handed ring and got rid of +20 hit.
I will get the kill shot glyph, i was just thinking that while trying to get the 4 peice bonus to proc the steady shot glyph would be advantageous.
ATM i’m getting my herb skills up on an alt so i can drop it and take up jewelcrafting and use the +27 agility gems.

Yea, playing the swap-gear-around-to-get-just-over-8% game sucks. I’ve actually had a couple of instances where I found the perfect set up, but saw my hit percent was 7.99% I wanted to flip out.
I just began reading this and a thought came to mind. Guys theres this really good addon which summarizes all the stats of your gear into concrete info. Name is “Rating Buster” it can be downloaded from our good ol’ curse.com. Hope this helps.
Admin
I recommend using PAWN to compare gear. The reason it’s good is that you can customize your stat values — because a piece of gear might be best in slot for SV, but not for MM. In fact, what piece is best can change even between one MM spec and another — in fact can change even based on what other gear you have.
That’s why it’s impossible to say what is the best hunter gear for raids — once you get to the endgame, it changes a lot based on your individual hunter. And PAWN is perfectly set up for that.
What about items that have addition components, for example, right now I’m stuck on deciding which trinket, betweem
Mirror of Truth
(Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 84 (1.83% @ L80).
Equip: Chance on melee and ranged critical strike to increase your attack power by 1000 for 10 secs.)
and
Gnomish Lightning Generator
(Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 84 (3.8% @ L70).
Use: Generates a bolt of lightning to strike an enemy for 1530 to 1870 Nature damage. This entire device is made of metal…. (1 Min Cooldown))
Same crit rating, but I’m having a hard time deciding which will give me better DPS…I would just go test both, but I want the emblems for BoA items if it wont make much of a diff which is better.
Is the Ar-Pen EAP right for SV ? I’ve read that Ar-Pen has substantially less importance in SV since most of the damage is done through Explosive Shot. I expected to be less than what is shown in this article.
Anyone can explain this?
I have to wonder as well Turulo. Also, how about as mentioned in the ArP guide that the value of ArP drops the more you have, is the EAP value provide above assuming a target already has 5x Sunder?
Hello everyone,
I’ve been playing WoW for six months now, my primary toon is NE Hunter. I’m currently set talent tree in Survival 0/14/57. Skills I’m using:
hunter’s mark > serpent sting > steady shot > explosive shot > kill shot > black arrow
Is this the skills/spells to use for survival hunter mostly or is there any skill combo I need to know to make more dps in heroic/raid. I saw some hunter has blue gears and does more dmg than my hunter in heroic/raid.
Thanks.
But wouldn’t Hit scale differently as it increases? Fair enough it would start at 2.6 EAP (for surv) but as your chance to hit increases doesn’t the EAP decrease?
Forgive my ignorance, I’m only vaguely aware of the math.
And for the sake of double posting… I’ve picked up the hit trinket from Uld 10 and got excited that I could drop all my hit gems and enchants and replace them with Agility. I thought this would really work out, HOWEVER…
Doing so meant dropping a Crit trinket. It also meant I am now OVER the hit cap by 10 points (even after stripping back, the trinket gives 95 hit) so it feels sort of inefficient. Finally my health and crit ratings both dropped a little as a result and the DPS gain on the stat sheet was minimal.
So what am I asking? It sort of sucks to know you’re improving things but at the cost of something else. I know health means SFA for a raiding hunter but I am troubled that after a few hundred gold and lots of reshuffling the net gain is kind of a whimper.
Any ideas for the best way to cap your hit in isolation to everything else? Spreading out your enchants/gems etc. is a constant juggle and I’d love someone to tell me “Get these two things and you never have to think about it again…”
Nice guide, though for an addon I recommend RatingBuster. Tells you what you lose/gain from each stat, so there will still be some working it out for yourself, better than relying on a mod which may not always get it right imo ^^
Admin
PAWN has YOU enter the EAP weights for each stat – they it just does the math for you. So when comparing two pieces of gear, you just look at one value to see which is better. The mod does the clunky math for you, but you are the one determining how valuable each stat is for you. So I think it’s the best of both worlds.
@Hoang T.
Your rotation should look a little something like
When you enter a battle you should apply Hunters Mark, Serpent Sting and Black Arrow, this will effectively increase your DPS by 9% while SS and BA are up and obviously give you the AP increase ffrom HM.
kill shot > explosive shot > (aimed shot if you have it) > steady shot
You will renew BA and SS whenever they run out so you have the 9% increase for as long as possible.
With the new patch, an additional option is to toss Freezing Arrow in there so it procs your Lock n Load. When Lock and Load procs be sure to wait 1/2 second before doing the next explosive arrow or use a skill with an instant cast as the global cooldown will be enough time inbetwwen.

I have a question, I just got my nobles deck and will be able to get greatness card when darkmoon fair comes up again.
I currently have mirror of truth and grim toll equipped.
I have high level gear and have switched to marksman and seen a nice little dps boost coming from survival. Im not stacking armour pen as it was just nerfed a little and Im not overly interested in collecting a whole new set of gear to reach the armour pen soft cap.
This being said would it be better to replace the mirror of truth or grim toll with greatness card. I could replace my main weapon enchant (110ap to 25 crit and hit), gloves enchant (20 agi to 20 hit), rework a few skill points (to focused fire, currently at hit cap with 0/3 points there due to gear and grim toll) and remain at hit cap if replacing grim toll.
Character name is Craned, on US Nesingwary – Horde.
Tell me what you think!
@ Craned
If possible only use the dps increasing trinkets (in my situation I would have to keep grim toll), gemming, talenting and enchanting gear for hit is a waste so try and get it from stats on armour…on my hunter atm I use the FL10 hit trinket and Mirror of truth and am slightly hit overcapped, but I like being that cos if I change an item i like to know I wont have to change gear to be capped still.
Hi, i was wondering if some1 could say a good bm hunter pawn scale detailed, or better, if it could be imported and shared. Thanks

I can’t remember what the add on is called but I have 1 shows you the loses and gains of items when you hover over them. It teels you the difference in AP, Agi, Int, Stam, Spir, Crit, Haste, Sockets etc, it ignores enchants too which is handy. When i remember what it’s called I’ll update you all.
Frostheim, at what point (if any) do you suggest moving away from the two piece T-8 / two piece T-9 set-up?
what about the value of the weapons dps, speed and dwarf racial(1% crit with guns)
U R da man! end of
Say Frost: Are the EAP values in the above chart still valid? Specifically, is the ArP value modified to account for the nerf in 3.2? I don’t see a checked and verified label at the top, so just wondering. Thanks!
Admin
The EAP values above are just samples. Your EAP changes based not only on your spec, but on your gear. You should use one of the spreadsheets to find EAP values specific to your character!
Member
do you have like a scale to import in? cause still a bit lost on how it works
Really nice source of info, thanks a lot, it helped me become a better hunter.
On a side not, i’m having trouble deciding between 2 ranged weapon: the diplomat and Talonstrike
i’m a Dwarf SV hunter 5341 rap (with Aspect of Ddragonhawk only) over hit cap, 49.55 % crit
really really nice job guys !
i just have a little question other people maybe also have.
if you reach your hit cap, can you then follow the diagram.
that i mean is, if you have the 263 hit rating, and you got one more and reach the hit cap, does it still count for 2,65 EAP for SV? or do i have to look away for that?
Hey,
im trying to help my young beginner friend at leveling a BM hunter, 56 atm, so i got PAWN for him to choose between gear, but i dont have a clue on the hunter statvalues.
since trying to calc the accurate values atm would be pointless, would there be some ~average values to recommend? (hitting same lvl mobs, not raidbuffed etc)
thanks
Jonas- Once you are hit capped then any additional hit you attain from gear or gems shouldn’t actually help you increase your EAP.
That being said this guide has not been updated for the most recent patch and it would be nice to see the values for each class when hit capped and not. Even if we were to have a link to the spreadsheet used in order to figure out how to go about including our own values based off our specific build would be helpful. I have been reading the forum for several months and have yet to come across this information (please correct me if I am wrong).
I wonder if you could please export your Pawn scales to a scale tag?
Admin
Hmm…. actually I should just ditch this entire article and write a new one about how to use an online spreadsheet to calculate your pawn values. That’s probably going to be a lot more helpful than giving PAWN values for my gear.
Putting it on the to-do list.
just a question reguarding hunters weapon…
Is it like the meele clases that dmg on it is better than stats..
for instance will a weapon having 255 DPS but whit useless stats be better than a weapon whit 200 dmg that has some decent stats on it??
know that like rogues and pala’s focus on dmg and not stats on the weapon but does this work whit hunters aswell (just dinged my first hunter 80 today^^)
Fantastic guide btw

Henrik,
I’ve done some basic testing on dummies with two gear setups: 4x T10 (251), and 2 x T10(251), and 2 x T9.5 (Windrunner Triumph) and discovered my DPS/Overall damage to be higher with the second setup.
If you have the ability to go for the Trophies in 25ToC: That’s the best route to take until you can acquire the iLvL 271 T10 gear.
I also have a question: As a Dwarf, I share the same burning disgust for bows that Frost does. I am VERY disappointed with Zod’s Repeating Longbow:
I have the Njondlar Bow already, and got Zod’s on a run this past week.
I have experienced a net decrease in dps with Zod’s; so much so that I wanted to chuck it into the Forge Fire in Ironforge (where i will chuck all my bow’s if I ever get a decent gun).
What was Blizz thinking when they made this weapon?
I am not seeing the proc doing what one would expect; it would seem that the solid “stat-build” of the Njondlar makes it superior in any fight…

I’m going to update a mistake I made in my above post:
When I said “iLvL 271 T10″ (which is a typo. I meant iLvL 277); I meant to say “iLvL 264″.
This would be the trophy upgraded set made by gaining tokens from non-heroic ICC25.
My comment on Zod’s Repeating P.O.S. stands ;+).
Hey guys i am an avid hunter and really like this guide but I have one question: You say intelect is worth 1.09 on mm but the mm ability that gives you 1 ranged ap does that make it 2.09 or not thanks
edit to above the one that gives 1ap per int
what if u gear to have no intel how big of an increase or decrease in dps would that be ?
Id like to say alot of thanks to Myr anf frost for this site. I am new to the world of huntards and this has helped me a bunch. Also most of you guys have some seriously funny replies. (Chardonnay sipping BL…..LOL!)

Hey guys, I really don’t want to sound like I am raggin on anyone in particular but.
You really need to actually read the article and responses before you post a reply.
It has been mentioned SEVERAL times that the stat weighting above is a example.
Every hunter is going to have different stat weights based on current spec and gear.
Get the spreadsheet and figure out the stat weights for YOUR toon, because frost or myr giving you their weights is just plain useless and will lead to you getting the wrong gear.
Simply put no one person or add on can tell you what to get unless they can see your toon, gear, spec, etc.
Great work btw guys. Really good site and cudo’s to you frost for sucking some friends into doing your work!
