There are a lot of things that you never want to hear in a 25 man raid. You don’t want to hear the healer say /afk just as the tank pulls. You don’t want to hear the tank say “Dead” in the middle of a boss fight. In fact generally anything someone says just seconds before the pull is going to be bad.
You certainly never want to hear someone say “Hey look! A lever!”
I’ve heard a lot of things in raids that I really don’t want to hear. By far, this is the worst ever.

Ok, here’s one I heard today, said in guild chat by a Death Knight in a raid:
“OMG, I’m doing less dps than the tank!”
“But then so is this hunter, so that’s Ok”.
