So, we’re well into Wrath and I have to say I’m really enjoying his Lichinesses Wrathiness.
Things I love so far:
-Doing all the quests in the Borean Tundra and the Howling Fjord, and a few in Dragons Blight and being level 77. Admittedly, I did a little instancing, but never tons, and never a whole level or even the majority of a level while instancing.
-Riding a bear.
-Guiding the Kalu’ak to their destiny. They have to stand and fight with the Horde and the Alliance. That was a great quest chain.
-Always having a vendor and a repairman on my HUGE MAMMOTH. Many times I’ve been questing and been ‘Geeze, I can’t loot that. Guess I better mount up and make room!’
-Scavenging (the engineering equivelent of skinning) dead robotic corpses. Can you sai hai to 25 blasting triggers?
-The music in the Grizzly Hills, Howling Fjord, and the Borean. The Celtic/fiddle thing really makes me happy.
-Having a toy train set :D !!
Things I don’t love:
-Picking up lots and lots of poop.
-Has desensitization gone too far when I’m asked to torture someone? Even if they are a kidnapping evil blue dragon associating mage? Really?
-Stealing baby wolvar.
-Deciding to steal said wolvar for a whalebone fishing pole (that grants underwater breathing!!) and a baby penguin.
-Waking up in the morning in bed with a Walruswoman after having made the above two decisions.
-Leaving behind the unskinned corpses of hundreds of animals. I think its about time that engineers got a Auto-Flensing Body Wacker 5000. I don’t even care if it skinned me 50% of the time and destroyed the corpse of the animal. I’d still use it to get the hide off those 50 other animals. Hell. I’d still use it if it just returned 1 ruined animal leather bit.
-The fact that my stupid Spirit Shards and Halaa blabh blah blah tokens don’t go on the currency page.
Anyways, my next post will be a short look back at if Frost’s predictions were correct.
